Where do you deliver?
All EU countries, plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway and selected international destinations. Every item is dispatched with tracking from our partner workshops in India.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the item and is always shown at checkout before you pay: jewellery travels by express courier (around €65–70 per jewellery order to most EU countries), hair extensions by DHL (around €9) and cotton basics by tracked post (around €17). Items from different partners ship separately with their own charge. See our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, then usually arrive in 5–14 business days within Europe. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Click the tracking link in your shipping email, or open your order from your confirmation email or customer account. Still unsure? Email us your order number.
Do I have to pay import VAT or customs?
Possibly. Orders ship from outside the EU, so your country's import VAT, an EU customs duty of €3 per item type and a carrier clearance fee may be collected on delivery. They are not included in our prices.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are shown and charged in euros (€).
How do I pay?
Securely through PayPal — with a PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, by card as a guest. We never see or store your card details.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. If you changed your mind you pay the return postage; if an item is faulty, damaged or wrong, we pay. Hygiene-sealed earrings and hair extensions can be returned if the seal is unopened. Full details and the withdrawal form are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
What if an item is faulty?
You have a 2-year legal guarantee from delivery. Email us your order number and a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it and cover the return costs.
Is the jewellery real silver?
Our jewellery partner, Pratha – The Jewellery Studio, supplies these pieces as handmade 925 sterling silver with its certificate of authenticity; some have a gold-tone or oxidised finish. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone. Silver can darken over time — a silver polishing cloth brings back the shine.
Are the hair extensions real human hair?
Our hair partner supplies them as 100% Remy human hair that can be washed and heat-styled like your own hair.
